Sarah is a U.K based architectural and portrait photographer. Her work has been featured with: Historic England, Dezeen, The Times, Le Monde, The Guardian, BBC, The Bartlett School of Architecture, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail, La Bienielle, The British Film Institute. She has run photographic workshops at The Architectural Association and The Bartlett School of Architecture.
She studied cinematography and photography at The London College of Communication. After graduating in 2006, she worked as an assistant to photographers, cameramen and film makers for 5 years working in the U.K, U.S, Europe and Middle East.
From 2011 - 2018 she worked as a medical photographer, during this time, she photographed an estimated 30,000 patients, documenting health conditions and surgical operations for record and teaching purposes. This enhanced her photographic practice and ability to communicate within diverse circumstances and teams, ranging from leading surgeons to young children and their families.
In 2018 she changed direction to architectural photography - one she's never looked back on and culminated in a year-long contract with Historic England from 2023 - 2024.
